Privacy Policy

Workstack Lab ("we", "us") operates https://workstacklab.com (the "Site") and the internal application Workstack Ads Insights (the "Application"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact email content you send to contact@workstacklab.com
• Standard server/hosting logs that our hosting provider may process (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to operate and secure the Site
• Optional analytics if we enable a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future - we will update this page if that happens
• Google account and Google Ads data when an authorized operator signs in to Workstack Ads Insights with Google (details below)

Google user data (Workstack Ads Insights)

Workstack Ads Insights is an internal marketing tool for Workstack Lab operators. It is not a public consumer product. When an authorized operator connects a Google account, we may access Google user data and Google Ads data needed to operate advertising under our manager account (MCC), limited to the OAuth scopes we request and that the operator grants.

What Google / Google Ads data we may access

• Basic Google account identity needed for sign-in and access control (for example email address and profile identifiers associated with the authorized operator)
• Google Ads account structure and campaign configuration for accounts linked under our MCC (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, and related settings)
• Google Ads performance and reporting metrics used for optimization (such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, and related stats)
• Keyword planning / search-volume style signals where available through the Google Ads API for our accounts

How we use Google user data

We use this data only to:

• Authenticate internal operators
• Create, publish, manage, and update Search campaigns for Workstack Lab's own landing pages and partner offers
• Pull reports and optimize our own advertising performance

Campaign publishing is initiated by authenticated internal operators after review. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to operating and reporting on our own Google Ads accounts.

Storage, sharing, and retention

• Storage: Data may be processed in our application infrastructure and operator workflows solely to provide the Application's advertising and reporting functions. We keep access limited to authorized Workstack Lab marketing operators and account admins.
• Sharing: We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, logging) that process data only to run the Site or Application under our instructions.
• Retention: We retain Google-connected operational data only as long as needed for advertising operations, security, and legal/compliance needs, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Workstack Ads Insights's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use other information

We use contact messages to reply to you. We use hosting logs to keep the Site reliable and secure. We do not sell personal information.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. Clicking them may allow a partner network to attribute a referral using cookies or similar technologies on their side. See our affiliate disclosure.

Cookies

This page is our cookie policy. Workstack Lab is a static site: we do not set first-party account or tracking cookies, and we do not run a cookie consent banner for essential site delivery alone.

• Essential / hosting: our host may process technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to serve and secure pages. These are not used by us for advertising profiling.
• Fonts: typefaces are self-hosted; we do not load fonts from Google Fonts or similar third-party CDNs on page load.
• Affiliate / partner cookies: if you click an affiliate or partner link, that network or advertiser may set or read cookies (or similar identifiers) on their domains to attribute referrals. We do not control those cookies. See their policies and our affiliate disclosure.
• Application session: Workstack Ads Insights may use session or authentication mechanisms required for Google sign-in and secure operator access. Those are used only to run the Application for authorized users.
• Future analytics: if we add analytics, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain consent before non-essential cookies.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection regarding personal data we hold about you (typically email correspondence or operator account data), and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us using the address below. Authorized operators may also revoke Google access via their Google Account permissions.
